These terms govern your use of c7bd. By registering or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these conditions in full.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and c7bd ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the c7bd website available at c7bd.org and all related services, products, games and features offered therein. Please read these Terms carefully in their entirety before creating an account or placing any wager.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply to all persons who access or use c7bd, whether as a registered player, a guest visitor, or in any other capacity. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings between the Player and c7bd. c7bd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version displayed on this page is the current and operative version. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
To register and use c7bd, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. c7bd enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all registered players, in accordance with responsible gaming best practices applicable to the Bangladesh market.
- You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your real name and a valid mobile number. False or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
- You must not already hold another active or suspended c7bd account. Only one account per person is permitted under any circumstances, including registrations under different mobile numbers or names.
- You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine the legality of online betting in your location before registering.
- You must not be a c7bd employee, contractor, affiliate partner, or an immediate family member of any such person. Such individuals are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.
c7bd reserves the right to carry out identity and age verification at any stage. Failure to pass verification, or failure to provide supporting documentation within a reasonable timeframe, may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.
Account Registration and Security
Each Player may hold only one registered account with c7bd. Registration requires a valid Bangladesh mobile number and the creation of a secure password. By submitting a registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge. c7bd may decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials (mobile number and password). All activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. In particular:
- Do not share your password with any third party, including family members. c7bd support staff will never ask for your password by any communication channel.
- Always log out of your account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.
- If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify c7bd support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending the account.
- Duplicate accounts (more than one account registered per person) will be permanently closed. Any winnings derived from a duplicate account may be voided at c7bd's discretion.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on c7bd — deposits and withdrawals — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). c7bd supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. The available payment methods and applicable minimums or maximums may change from time to time at c7bd's discretion; the current schedule is displayed in your account cashier.
Deposits are applied to your BDT balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider, which for bKash and Nagad typically occurs within seconds during normal business hours in Bangladesh. c7bd does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit (same-source rule), subject to the technical capabilities of the payment method.
- Active bonus funds that have not yet completed their wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the rollover condition is met in full.
- c7bd may request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary; standard mobile wallet withdrawals typically complete within 5 to 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours.
- c7bd reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
Bonuses and Promotions
c7bd offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.
The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms explicitly state otherwise:
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any derived winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
- Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per mobile number, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through different accounts or payment instruments constitutes bonus abuse.
- c7bd reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through a technical error or in breach of these Terms.
- Free spins are valued at a fixed BDT amount per spin as specified in the relevant promotion. Free spin winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on c7bd and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Registering or attempting to use the Platform while under the age of 21, or providing false age or identity information during registration or KYC verification.
- Opening, operating or using more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers or payment methods.
- Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game, or engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting or syndicate wagering that exploits the Platform.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known software error are void and must be returned.
- Using any automated software, bot, script, or other technical means to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users, including automated betting, data scraping or account farming.
Any attempt to launder funds through the Platform — including structuring deposits or withdrawals to conceal the origin of funds — will be referred to the relevant financial intelligence authorities. c7bd is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards.
Responsible Gaming
c7bd is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We are committed to promoting safe and responsible play. Every registered player has access to deposit limits, session time alerts and self-exclusion tools through their account settings. These tools are provided to help players maintain control over their gambling activity and should be used proactively. c7bd encourages all players to set personal limits at the time of registration and to review those limits regularly.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from c7bd without the prior written consent of c7bd.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c7bd, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform or any content therein.
c7bd does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Gambling involves financial risk and c7bd accepts no liability for any financial loss sustained by a player as a result of placing a wager on the Platform. It is the player's sole responsibility to assess the risk of any bet before placing it.
Amendments to These Terms
c7bd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication of the revised Terms on this page. The date shown in the "Last updated" field at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting c7bd support.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which c7bd operates. Any dispute arising between a player and c7bd that cannot be resolved informally through the support team shall be referred to binding arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you consent to this dispute resolution mechanism. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
